Thimmiya brings with him the experience of having held leadership positions in organisations. Thimmiya is one of the few in the industry who has straddled with Skilled training and Education domains and has the unique experience of establishing synergies between the two.
Venkatesh Santhanam
With over 30 years of experience in Education & Training space. He was instrumental in setting up the IFBI Training initiative in the BFSI sector in 2006. S Venkatesh is strategist and a consultant to Education institutions with focus on employability and life skills.

Madhu Hegde leverages his impressive 25+ year career in banking and finance to craft exceptional training programs. An MBA graduate with a specialization in Banking and Finance, he also holds the esteemed CAIIB designation from the Indian Institute of Bankers.

With more than 20 years of experience, Bashiruddin Shaikh is a skilled trainer and educator. His background includes sales, general management, strategy, assessments, training, and coaching. He is also a TTI-certified behavioral analyst.
