About SRM

SRM School of Banking is the specialised BFSI education initiative of the SRM Group – one of India’s leading education conglomerates with four universities, eight campuses, over 95,000 students, and 5,000 faculty. Unlike general coaching institutes or standalone online banking programs, SRM School of Banking was established specifically to bridge the skill and workforce gap in the BFSI sector. Our programs are co-designed with partner banks, delivered by a 32-member team of ex-bankers, and structured around guaranteed employment outcomes. Our Placement Assured Programs come with provisional offer letters from partner banks at the time of enrollment. Yes. SRM School of Banking’s Placement Assured Programs are specifically designed for graduates entering the banking sector for the first time. The programs welcome fresher candidates, and prior banking experience is not required. Through structured training, industry-focused learning, and practical skill development, students are guided from foundational concepts to job-ready competence, ensuring freshers are fully prepared for banking careers. The programs are designed to help students build confidence, professional communication skills, and domain knowledge required for the banking industry. Candidates simply need to meet the educational qualifications and eligibility criteria specified for their chosen program.

Applying to SRM School of Banking is a four-step process. First, register by submitting your application online at srmsb.com/apply-to-srmsb/ or through the specific program page. Second, complete the assessment and interview – this includes a paid assessment by SRM School of Banking followed by an interview with SRM School of Banking and a final interview with the partner bank. Third, upon selection, receive your Provisional Offer Letter from the partner bank and enroll by paying the program fee to SRM School of Banking. Fourth, complete your campus training and join the partner bank as a full-time employee.
