Madhu Hegde leverages his impressive 25+ year career in banking and finance to craft exceptional training programs. An MBA graduate with a specialization in Banking and Finance, he also holds the esteemed CAIIB designation from the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Madhu's journey began as a probationary officer, eventually leading him to manage branches across various locations.

His passion for education led him to be a professor and dean at a banking school. There, he spearheaded academic initiatives, including developing strategies, overseeing curriculum creation, and ensuring learning effectiveness.

Madhu's true strength lies in his dedication to training within the BFSI sector, particularly the content and delivery methods. He has played a key role in designing and delivering long-term and short-term programs that integrate contemporary practices to address the evolving needs of the banking and finance industry.
