Murali Krishnaswamy brings with him 20 years of passion in the teaching & training domain. He is part of the leadership team at SRM School of Banking & helms Client Relationships.
He was associated with Manipal Academy of Banking for 16+ years having seen the first batch of ICICI Probationary Officers & rising to be the Academic Head for all the programs in the campus. He has delivered programs at scale across the spectrum in the BFSI space for leading banks, NBFCs & Insurance. He understands the pulse of the industry & brings with him extensive relationship value with leading banks.
Served with the Armed Forces & an ex-banker with Vijaya Bank, he has also taught Consumer Behaviour, Services Marketing & Banking at MS Ramaiah Institute of Management & other business schools.
An MBA & a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, he loves to engage & propose new solutions for training needs of the clients. Versatile with quite a few languages, has travelled extensively both in India & abroad as part of his training assignments.
